Gerald Craig “Gary” Hess, 58, of Indianapolis passed away Nov 18, 2008.Gerald was born in Indianapolis, IN on May 1950, the son of the late Gervase L. and Ruth Terry Hess.He served his country honorably during Vietnam in the U.S. Air Force.Gary worked for the Chevrolet Division of GM for 38 years, retiring in 2006. In his free time he was an avid hunter. He is survived his brother Bill “Russ” Hess (wife Carol) and nieces Lauren Metz and Allison Bailey, and great-niece Erin Metz.A memorial service will be held on Sat, Nov. 22nd at 2:00pm at Harry W. Moore Funeral Care, 8151 Allisonville Road, with visitation from 1-2.
